System study & implementation plan

Establish whether modular construction works for your project before committing to procurement and delivery.

A standalone commission that brings technical feasibility, economics and implementation into one decision framework.

  • Understand the business case. Assess investment and operating costs, construction timelines and the key factors affecting viability.
  • Resolve the interfaces early. Align architecture, building services and modular systems, with an assessment of energy and funding requirements.
  • Define a deliverable project. Assess suitable suppliers, capacity and risks, then set out procurement and implementation steps.
Your outcome

A clear investment and procurement decision basis, with a coordinated implementation plan and potential for repeat projects.

Optional next steps include procurement support, partner coordination, implementation support and portfolio rollout.
